1, The inner tube for air conditioning hose is nylon. The middle tube is EPDM synthetic rubber, the
 reinforcement is high tensile polyester fiber braided. The outer tube is EPDM synthetic rubber.

2, The regular inner diameter sizes for air conditioning hose is from 5/16” to 7/8”( 8mm to 22mm ). 
3, Generally speaking, air conditioning hose color is black, it is the regular color in the markets.

4, The working pressure for air conditioning hose is 35bar (500psi), 20bar (290psi) and 15bar (210psi),
 burst pressure is from 280bar to 120bar. It depends on the hose inner diameter size.
 
5, The cover for air conditioning hose is smooth and shining, since when making the cover, we add a layer of PVC on the cover and then do some vulcanization, finally remove the PVC layer, so the cover is very 
smooth and shining.
 
6. There are some small holes on the hose cover, these holes are for gas evacuation in order not to let the outer tube burst.

7, When making the air conditioning hose, we use mandrel process, there will be a mandrel when we makethe inner tube, so the inner diameter size will be more accurate.
