Application: For delivery of petroleum base hydraulic fluids.

 

Inner tube: Seamless oil resistant synthetic rubber.

 

Reinforcement: 1 or 2 high tensile steel wire braid.

1 wire for sizes 1/4”, 3/8”, 1/2”; 2 wires for sizes 5/8”, 3/4”, 1”.

 

Outer cover: Oil, weather and abrasion resistant synthetic rubber.

 

Temperature Range: -40℃ ~ +100℃ (-40℉ ~ +212℉)

Handling
The hose should be handled carefully and should not be dragged on the sharp and coarse surface, or subject to flexure or crushing, e.g. Vehicle crushing.

Pressure
The hose should operate within the designed working pressure (including impact pressure). It must not operate outside the regulated pressure for frea of unexpected explosion of hose.

Temperature
The operating temperature of hose, either temperature of circulating media or ambient temperature, should not fall outside the range regulated by manufacturer or the suggested range.

Fluid Conveyance
The hose should be used for the designed fluid conveyance or within the range of use. If any question on the scope of application or other fluid or purpose outside the designed range of conveyance, please consult manufacturer and use when allowed.
There should be preventive measures when the hose is used to convey potentially dangerous fluid, e.g. Poisonous, corrosive, explosive or inflammable substances, so as to minimize the hazard of leakage or overflow. It is suggested that the hose not be in a state of filling with conveyance medium.

Environment
The hose should not be used in the environment that falls outside the range of intended uses. Users should consult manufacturer if any questions on the applicable environment or encountering uncommon or variable conditions.

Bend Radius
The bend radius of hose in service should not be less than manufacturer's regulated or suggested range, because, if not, it may block the fluid conveyance and damage hose. The bend should avoid the place near the joint, otherwise it may aggravate fatigue of hose and thus lead to earlier aging.

Torsional Stress
Generally, the hose should not be designed as being used in the state of torsion. Instead, it should be a mechanical part, the relative movement of which may produce reasonable bend, instead of torsion.
